All orders are processed within 1 business day. Tracking information is provided via email once your order ships. For security reasons, all hardware wallets require signature upon delivery.

What is your return policy?

For security reasons, we have a limited return policy for hardware wallets:

  • Unopened products in original packaging can be returned within 30 days for a full refund.
  • Products with broken tamper-evident seals cannot be returned, as we cannot guarantee they haven't been compromised.
  • Defective products can be exchanged for a new device within the warranty period (2 years for most products).

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our support team with your order number and reason for return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective.
