Dysaky produces hardware wallets designed for secure offline storage of cryptocurrency private keys. Our hardware wallets are sold as physical devices with pre-installed firmware.
Our hardware wallets come with pre-installed firmware, and we may provide software applications for use with our hardware wallets. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our firmware and software solely for your personal use in conjunction with our hardware wallets.
We may provide updates to our firmware and software from time to time. These updates may address security vulnerabilities, add new features, or improve performance. You are responsible for keeping your device's firmware and associated software up to date.
Dysaky does not provide custodial services for cryptocurrency storage. We do not have access to your private keys or recovery seed phrases, and we cannot recover your cryptocurrency if you lose your device and recovery seed phrase. You are solely responsible for maintaining secure backups of your recovery seed phrase.
All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our fraud detection systems.
All prices are shown in US dollars unless otherwise specified. Prices do not include taxes, shipping, or handling fees, which will be added at checkout. We accept various payment methods as indicated on our Website. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method.
We ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping times and costs vary based on location and shipping method selected. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, import restrictions, or other factors outside our control.
For security reasons, we have a limited return policy. Unopened products in original packaging may be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Products with broken tamper-evident seals cannot be returned. Defective products may be exchanged for a new device within the warranty period. The Website, our products, firmware, software, and all content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, videos, and software) are owned by Dysaky, our licensors, or other providers and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
